Le Petit Monde was founded by Annabel Griffin in 2010 and has become one of the most trusted and well-established luxury travel representation companies in the UK.
Our exceptional leadership team, with expertise in all corners of the arena, is made up of creative, like-minded, results-oriented individuals who work hand-in-hand with a select group of luxury clients.

Who are we?
Annabel Griffin
founder, Sales and Marketing Director
Annabel is a leading luxury travel specialist with a sterling reputation for achieving results, whether that’s launching hotels into the luxury travel market or hosting fam trips with 30 agents. Her passion for the industry goes well beyond putting words on a page, powered by the belief that establishing great relationships across the travelsphere is what really drives mutual business forward.
Annabel’s career in travel was inspired from a world trip at 25. She subsequently went on to pursue roles in sales, marketing, PR and media for leading luxury tour operators and hotels – including Beachcomber Hotels in Mauritius, Elegant Resorts, and ITC. In 2010 she leant into her own dreams of starting a boutique luxury travel representation company, enabling her to combine her experience with both hotels and tour operators.
Several prestigious clients and a weighty address book later, Annabel’s success speaks for itself. Her understanding of what makes a boutique hotel tick, connections in the industry, and distinguished relationships enable her to foster strategic partnerships and create effective and dynamic campaigns that get noticed for her clients.

Sue Coupland
Southern Agency Sales Manager
Sue’s immensely positive, can-do attitude and delightful, warm-hearted approach to networking means her contacts book is bursting at the seams with proactive industry partners, all of whom she has developed brilliant relationships with.
Sue has worked in the travel industry since 1981 when she began her career as a trainee travel agent. Since then, her fire for travel has burned brightly, and she has held various agency sales roles at luxury tour operators W&O and ITC.
Sue absolutely loves her job, and is particularly proud of the boutique portfolio of luxury properties Le Petit Monde represents. She is responsible for agency sales in the south, and spends time visiting travel agents, organising events and fam trips, and creating innovative ways to help tour operators and agents sell Le Petit Monde’s wonderful clients.

Patricia Loots
Sales and Marketing Manager
Patricia has worked in the luxury travel industry for over 35 years but has been with Le Petit Monde since the very beginning. Patricia stands out from the crowd for her uniquely well-rounded experience across all aspects of the industry – including travel sales, marketing, and product management.
This enables her to take a thoughtful and systematic approach to strategic mediating between clients and trade partners – especially between hotels and tour operators and travel agents. Patricia is great at working closely with people who can take goals and objectives over the line, particularly personal contacts within her various travel circles with whom she has built strong long-standing relationships with. A collaborative, outcome-orientated, win-win approach is at the heart of what she does.
Patricia is also responsible for writing hotel contracts, product management as well as supporting tour operators and agency sales. Patricia’s previous roles were in Sales, Product & Marketing management at ITC, and Prestbury Travel.

Chaya McLaren
Sales and Marketing Account Manager
A highly sought-after consummate professional is how peers describe Chaya, and her ability to build sustainable rapport with everyone she meets is her tour de force. Combining a deep likeability, meticulous attention to detail and experience in the travel sector ─ including work for the Mauritius Tourist Board, Beachcomber Tours, and Beachcomber Hotels in Mauritius and the Seychelles – gives Chaya an instant edge.
Not only this, but her experience working with the MICE market, as well as tour operators and travel agents, means she has significant, 360-degree knowledge of the sector, and sees great value in taking the time to understand what it is that the client wants – and what others need from the client. Chaya's disposition is an attribute to Le Petit Monde's culture of doing business in an approachable and personal manner in order to attain the right kind of big-hitting results that make a lasting impression.
